Do you charge a call-out fee?
During regular weekday hours (Mon-Fri), we do not charge a call-out fee. For weekend emergency call-outs, there is an $89 dispatch fee, which is fully credited toward your repair if you hire us for the job.
How does your pricing work?
We provide upfront, flat-rate pricing. Once we diagnose the problem, we tell you exactly what it will cost to fix it before we start any work. No hidden fees, no hourly surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed (City of Chicago licence #058-185), bonded, and insured. We also back all our work with a 1-year workmanship guarantee.
Do you handle commercial plumbing?
We specialize in residential plumbing and light commercial work (small retail, cafes). We do not handle large-scale industrial plumbing contracts.
